基礎疾患とは
基礎疾患は定義されているんですね。知らなかった。おっさんは２つに該当しています。例えば、脳卒中になっても、通院や入院を要する後遺症がなければ基礎疾患とは言わないのかな？
現在、厚生労働省から示されている基礎疾患とは以下のとおりです。
（1）下記の病気や状態の方で、通院や入院をしている方
- 慢性の呼吸器の病気
- 慢性の心臓病（高血圧を含む。）
- 慢性の腎臓病
- 慢性の肝臓病（肝硬変等）
- インスリンや飲み薬で治療中の糖尿病又は他の病気を併発している糖尿病
- 血液の病気（ただし、鉄欠乏性貧血を除く。）
- 免疫の機能が低下する病気（治療中の悪性腫瘍を含む。）
- ステロイドなど、免疫の機能を低下させる治療を受けている
- 免疫の異常に伴う神経疾患や神経筋疾患
- 神経疾患や神経筋疾患が原因で身体の機能が衰えた状態（呼吸障害等）
- 染色体異常
- 重症心身障害（重度の肢体不自由と重度の知的障害が重複した状態）
- 睡眠時無呼吸症候群
- 重い精神疾患（精神疾患の治療のため入院している、精神障害者保健福祉手帳を所持している、又は自立支援医療（精神通院医療で「重度かつ継続」に該当する場合）や知的障害（療育手帳を所持している場合）
(1) Patients with the following illnesses or conditions who are in the hospital or hospitalized
Chronic respiratory disease
Chronic heart disease (including high blood pressure)
Chronic kidney disease
Chronic liver disease (e.g. cirrhosis)
Diabetes mellitus being treated with insulin or oral medication or diabetes mellitus concurrent with other diseases
Diseases of the blood (except iron deficiency anemia)
Diseases that reduce the function of the immune system (including malignant tumors under treatment)
Receiving treatment that reduces the function of the immune system, such as steroids
Neurological or neuromuscular diseases associated with abnormalities of the immune system
Neurological or neuromuscular disease resulting in impaired bodily functions (e.g., breathing problems)
Chromosomal abnormalities
Severe mental or physical disability (a combination of severe physical disability and severe intellectual disability)
Sleep apnea syndrome
Severe mental illness (hospitalized for treatment of mental illness, or in possession of the Mental Disability Health and Welfare Handbook, or in case of Medical Treatment for Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities (outpatient mental health care that falls under "severe and continuous")) or intellectual disability (in possession of the Rehabilitation Certificate for Persons with Disabilities)
(2) Obese people who meet the criteria (BMI 30 or higher)
