1	会社Aは、その米国子会社を通じて遺伝子治療薬の臨床試験を実施することについて米国食品医薬品局から許可を受けた。
	Company A has received permission from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to conduct clinical studies on a gene therapy medicine through its U.S. subsidiary.
2	また、この臨床試験は、これらの省令及び通達の改訂を遵守するとともに、「医薬品の臨床試験の実施の基準に関する省令」（平成9年3月27日付、厚生省令28号）を遵守して実施することとする。
	In addition, this clinical study shall be conducted in compliance with the Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (GCP) (MHW Ordinance No. 28, dated March 27, 1997), as well as in compliance with the amendments made to these ordinance and notifications.
