健康成人男性被験者（n＝24、CYP2C19のhomo EM、hetero EM及びPMが同数）にエソメプラゾール10mg及び20mgを空腹時に単回経口投与したときの未変化体の薬物動態パラメータは以下のとおりである。

1	図1には投与48時間後の腎臓等における薬剤A未変化体の各バンドのカウント毎分《cpm》を示す。
	Figure 1 shows the counts per minute per band of unchanged Drug A in the kidney and others at 48 hour after administration.
2	この未変化体の血漿からのクリアランスは投与量をAUCで割って算出した。
	The clearance of the unchanged drug from plasma was calculated by dividing the dose by the AUC.
