1	造血薬（ESA）の投与後、一定期間休薬した血液透析施行中の成人患者を対象に、薬剤Aの有効性、安全性、用量反応性を評価するため、多施設共同ランダム化二重盲検並行群間試験が国内20施設で実施された。
	A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group study was conducted at 20 study centers in Japan to assess the efficacy, safety, and dose-response of Drug A in adult patients on hemodialysis undergoing a specified period of washout after erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA) therapy.
2	共通のスクリーニング期間の後、被験者は脳内のアミロイド量に基づき、2つのランダム化二重盲検プラセボ対照試験（AAA試験及びBBB試験）のいずれかに組み入れられる。
	After a common screening period, subjects will be enrolled into one of two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies based on the level of amyloid in the brain: the AAA trial and the BBB trial.
